With Headquarters based in the Netherlands , they have subsidiaries in Holland, Belgium, France, Switzerland and the United States.

Salon Product Sales Consultant

Summary:
In this position, your primary responsibility is to spread and improve the knowledge of Keune Haircosmetics in terms of technical and creative applications to salons in your assigned territory. You will also work with Distributor Sales Consultants, as well as execute educational classes and workshops to assist in shows/events and exhibitions. Responsibilities for this position include the following:

Spread and improve technical knowledge
• Actively support all salons in territory and improve the knowledge of products in terms of technical and creative applications to the hairdressers
• Organize and execute educational classes and workshops and report results to the National Sales Manager

Promoting our product assortment
• Instrumental in promoting the total line of the product assortments by giving all information needed to the Hairdressers during visits, workshops and classes
• Transfer product knowledge in such a way that the Hairdressers will understand value and application methods
• Ensure distribution of printed matters, product samples etc., in accordance to the instructions of the National Sales Manager

Detailing with Sales Consultants
• Work with Sales Consultants of the distributors in territory
• Improve their product knowledge and sales growth, by working closely together with Sales Consultants

Assisting in shows, events and exhibitions
• Assist in shows, events and exhibitions with territory
• May be assigned to perform on stage during events to work in the model rooms or to give product information in booth during exhibitions

Position pays up to $55k annually based on experience, plus bonus with $350 car allowance.
Travel is required 50% of the time.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a licensed hairdresser
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation skills
• High School diploma
