Part-Time Administrative Coordinator
Small financial advisory firm looking for a part-time professional administrative coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
Client communication
Expense reporting
Compliance reporting
Account opening
Account support
Phone line & inbox monitoring
Receiving & sending correspondence
Filing
Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Previous administrative experience preferred (financial or non-financial)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Expert working knowledge in Excel and Word
• Must have strong organizational skills and an excellent attention to detail
Salary:
$18-$28/hour based on experience
