Home Services Consultants field inbound calls and sell top name brands like Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, Charter, Dish Network, DirectTV, and ADT. Top performing sales agents make over $25 an hour ($10.00/hr base + commission). Duties: The Home Services Consultant assists callers with setting up their home utility services. Individuals will use a consultative approach when offering & selling products and services to customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL & more.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to provide products and services to meet the needs of the customer in an inbound sales center environment
Detail-oriented individuals who can maintain call quality, work order accuracy, and exceed each customer's expectations
Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the role through superb attendance, punctuality, and strong adherence to our code of conduct
Consistently reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
Effectively execute the entire sales process from opening to close
Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and strive to improve your skills and sales performance
Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience
Strong verbal communication and professionalism are a must
Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations
Demonstrated excellence in all of these areas can lead to advancement. Allconnect regularly promotes from within
Must be able to ask for, and close, the sale
Sales Center (Contact Center) experience highly preferred; telephone sales will also be considered
4 year highly preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral & written
Flexibility with work schedule within the Hours of Operation: 7am-9pm M-F & Sat 7am-4pm
