Description
Your primary responsibility will be to generate new sales opportunities by building Arbrux Limitedís brand awareness through advertising, email, direct mail, online meetings and by conducting phone based information gathering with potential dealers. The Marketing/ Inside Sales Representative will also utilize our online meeting tools to train new and existing dealers. This is a great opportunity with potential advancement within the organization. Diligent and successful individuals will be rewarded and will gain the experience and knowledge needed to advance in the organization.

Major Responsibilities

-        Conduct information gathering with potential new dealers and follow up calls to prospects with literature and correspondence as necessary
-        Generate sales opportunities with brand building and promotions
-        Identify key decision makers within target organizations
-        Build and maintain a solid relationship with prospects
-        Educate prospects on products and upcoming events or promotions
-        Collaborate with team to create annual marketing plans detailing marketing strategies and potential new clients and opportunities
-        Interact with customers to present product information, respond to questions and resolve problems.
-        Collaborate with team to develop seasonal product promotions
-        Must be able to attend trade shows in locations in Canada and the United States
-        Actively involved in continuous improvement in products and processes with the rest of the team
-        Prepare quotations for customers
-        Analyze marketing plan monthly to identify factors contributing to the shortfall or success and collaborate with team to refine plan to develop strategies to increase sales.





Other Responsibilities

-        Cross training with other team members to gain product and process knowledge that will be utilized in position
-        Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills

-        Post Secondary education in sales, advertising, marketing or equivalent
-        A background in advertising, marketing or sales is an asset
-        Experience in conducting information gathering calls and customer service
-        Ability to meet business promotion objectives
-        Strong organizational skills
-        Possess self discipline
-        Strong team player
-        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
-        Proven track record of exceeding expectations
