Financial Sales Advisor JOB DESCRIPTION

Financial professionals are assigned to employers who have selected AXA Equitable, an affiliate of AXA Advisors, as a product provider for their retirement plan. This gives financial professionals access to prospects. As a financial professional, you will initially build a book of business by offering retirement funding products for 403(b) TSA and 457(b) EDC plans. Your sales opportunities can increase with the potential for cross sales — the ability to offer clients additional annuity, insurance, and investment products that are appropriate for their situation.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you should have a strong business background and a personal history of success. You should be a self-starter, possess unequivocal honesty and integrity and be highly motivated in helping others achieve financial independence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations are preferred. A background in law, accounting, banking, brokerage or executive management will be particularly useful. A college degree is required. An advanced degree or designation (MBA, JD, CFP®, CPA, ChFC) is a plus.

TRAINING, SUPPORT, AND SALES TOOLS
Your success is our success. To help ensure your successful career, the RBG has created a comprehensive training program. Your manager will work closely with you to train you on how to prospect new clients, service existing clients, and build market share.
Beyond the core curriculum, as a financial professional, you will have access to a wide range of learning resources, including regularly scheduled meetings led by senior executives and successful Financial Professionals, web conferences and online training at your convenience.
In addition, you can potentially attend up to four levels of on-site training sessions designed to educate you on the RBG sales process and expand your knowledge in the retirement plans marketplace.

If selected, you’ll enjoy competitive income potential and a generous compensation package that consists of a base pay or full commission model, financial planning fees (upon meeting proper registration/credentialing requirements) and a potential bonus for eligible individuals.
