As a Recruiter, you will:
Review and screen resumes for prospective Insurance Sales Agents and initiate contact with possible candidates while interviewing applicants via telephone.
Explain the Bankers culture & opportunity, and schedule them for a future orientation meeting.
Develop and maintain a professional and consistent candidate screening process to identify and source qualified candidates.
Ensure an ongoing feedback process to all internal and external candidates.
Maintain ongoing understanding of the business strategy and industry trends in order to translate into position requirements and needs.
Interpersonal and organizational savvy, builds effective relationships with all levels
Strong skill at sizing up talent, including during phone or remote screenings
Proactive recruiting approach
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities to meet required deadlines
Must be at least 18years of age
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Previous Call Center or Customer Service Experience
20-40 hrs a week based on experience and availability.
Hourly rate + Achievable Weekly Bonuses
