Batesville is seeking an experienced technology support professional to join our team! The ideal person will have exceptional technical problem solving abilities that are necessary for providing a timely and accurate response to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and/or online support database. This position includes problem identification, logging and tracking customer issue resolution, in addition to assisting with the testing of new product releases.
The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree from a college or university in Information Systems or related field and 3-5 years related technical support experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in technical support.
