We typically receive thousands of leads in a year and we hire about 5% of those. We are very strict about who we put in a truck. When we invite someone to an orientation, we have taken every step possible to ensure a good fit for both the driver and the employer.

We have ethical values and speak from experience. We won’t sell a driver on a something unless we have done it ourselves. We start with honesty, offer information in writing and provide pay/benefits package information upfront so that our applicants can review all of this before making a decision.
