Job tasks and responsibilities
You will responsible for
Answering of phones and message taking
General Data Entry with office software platforms
Providing Administrative Support to Senior Management where required
Managing Company Conferences and Events
Quoting for customers, preparing proposals and follow up
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients including reviewing Annual Inspection Programs, scheduling technicians etc
Collaborating with Technical Supervisor to implement annual certification for company installers, technicians and distributors
Provide remote support to technicians through office software platforms
Maintaining comprehensive client documentation, plans and reports
Organisation of Company Insurance Policies
Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Technical Supervisor to improve processes within the Annual Inspection Department whilst working within the guidelines of the Company's Policies & Procedures.
Working in conjunction with the General Manager to increase growth of the Annual Inspection Department.
HR Assistance with new employee onboarding, certification, training requirements etc.
Escalating issues to management as necessary.
Skills and experience
Your education, skills and experience shall consist of:
Experience in a Admin Position is desirable
Excellent client facing and internal verbal communication skills,
Excellent written communication skills,
Personal organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking,
Ability to take initiative and to 'own' your work
Sound computer skills.
Proven experience with advanced programs an advantage
Proven reliability within an office environment
