Seeking Office Assistants & Household Manager
In Mid-Town Toronto
1 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time Positions Available
Duties:
Office Duties include: Organizing schedules, data entry, filing, web-page upkeep, preparing correspondence, and some bookkeeping.
Household Duties include: Light housekeeping, stocking supplies, dishes, and general assistance with maintaining a healthy and clean household environment.
Some travel may be required
Skills requirement:
Grade 12. Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Good command of the English language both oral and written
General Characteristics:
Reliable and dependable
Good with details
Well organized and able to work independently
Flexible and a high performer
