o Walk customers through submitting content to us for their new websites
o Make sure customers domain name is pointed and server space set up
o Keep customers up to date on their progress until they go live
o Keep pipe line percentage down (contact percentage up)
o Maintain constant contact with clients about their website status, gather content to have it ready for design, while taking detailed notes on their account.
o Send tasks to PM, writers etc. when needed
o Coordinate with the Project manager on the status of accounts, take detailed notes of all activities and contact with the client
o Research and analyze accounts for products that they need. Compare competitorís sites and see what enhancements they need. Sell $250.00 in Enhancements each day.
o Set up design interview for the customers
o Check the websites for functionality before they go live
o Educate Clients on the different aspects of building & maintaining a custom Website.
o Return all client voice messages and email messages within 2 hours.
o Communication with clients no less then every 5 days with actual communication, not just leaving email or voice mail messages.
o Update Helm notes each time any work is done on an account.
o Complete all assigned Helm tasks within assigned time frame
o Answer all emails
o Answer queue calls and calls to personal extension
o Make the experience for customers irreplaceable to produce Happy Customers
