Modern Woodmen of America is a 121-year old non-profit company providing financial products, planning and member benefits to the middle and upper-income family market and to small businesses. Securities and variable products are provided through MWA Financial Services, Inc. The Hosmanek Agency spans a 25-county territory in Illinois and Iowa, which includes the Quad-Cities, Galesburg, Peoria, Macomb, Muscatine, Burlington and Keokuk.

We are looking for candidates who are articulate, personable, willing to accept direction, have a good work ethic and will fit well into our Agency’s values-based culture. Candidates need to currently reside in territory listed above. No experience in either sales or financial areas is required. We provide a 3-year training program with income support, incentive bonuses, and a business development allowance for qualifying candidates.
