Location: Covina, CA
Compensation: Full Time $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Daily Job Duties:
• Provide clients support by resolving their technical issues via email, phone and other electronic medium.
• Configure computer equipment such as Internet connections or configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
• Provide training and assistance to help clients learn how to use client software products and services.
• Issue triage, problem analysis and resolution for low to medium technical issues.
• Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows XP, Vista, 7 and
Macintosh OS X.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrated problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
• A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
• Call Center Experience
• Sales (Up Sell/Cross Sell) Experience
