The PeopleReady located at 999 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, CA, 95380 is currently hiring an Administrative and Accounting Assistant.
Job Description:
Our customer is looking for a reliable and detailed-oriented clerical professional for an assignment that will include various administrative and accounting tasks.
Days/Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Assignment Start Date: As soon as possible.
Length of Assignment: Approximately 2 months but may be extended.
Note – Pay Rate for this Job is $18.75/Hour
Responsibilities:
•        Office, customer service, and clerical duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
•        Familiarity with office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
•        Computer literacy and facility with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and basic accounting software.
•        10-Key by touch proficiency.
•        Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•        Attention to detail, solid organization and multi-tasking abilities.
•        Familiarity with Foundation Software preferred, but not required.
•        Experience in Construction industry preferred, but not required.
