We are willing to train the right person. We are a small family business. The job has a lot of tasks but mainly consists of typing and sending reports, quotes and invoices, light book keeping, making mail runs, receiving payments, making bank deposits, answering phones, answering emails, shipping small inventory items and purchasing. We need someone who is very detail oriented, who can find mistakes and correct them, organized, can spell well, is familiar with computers, a big plus if they know Quickbooks. The hours are 8-4:30 5 days a week. Pay is negotiable and based on abilities. Email resume to email@example.com
