As a customer service consultant, your duties will include:
Receive and action complex inbound customer enquiries.
Effectively deal with customers in a capable, productive and positive manner.
Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints and enquiries.
Case management - Reviewing customer enquiries or concerns and communicate the outcome.
Enter, update and follow up service requests.
Administration and updating of customer records.
What you need
Exceptional Customer Service Skills!!!
Experience in a similar role, automotive experience will be highly regarded
The ability to contribute and add value to each customer interaction with a positive and professional outlook
The ability to work well in a team environment
Advanced computer literacy
Strong organisation skills & customer focused
MUST HAVE Complaints handling experience
Experience with social media and online chat is also advantageous
Experience working with multiple computer systems preferred
Grit and resilience - when it gets a little tough to be able to stay strong and positive
