The Human Resources Specialist will provide administrative support in functional areas which include recruitment, pre-employment/placement screening, on-boarding, personnel records maintenance, benefits administration, employee relations, performance evaluations tracking, compensation management, staff development and training. The Human Resources Specialist is a confidential employee and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Three year’s work experience as a human resources associate. Advanced demonstrated abilities in written and oral communication, recruiting and benefits administration work. Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and computer databases. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred. Possession of a valid driver’s license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.
