Job Fair!!
Are you looking for a rewarding career, where you make a difference in someone's life? We may have the job for you. Spectrum Community Services is holding several job fairs. We are looking to hire Direct Support Staff for a part time for all shifts. We have positions available in most of our 21 group homes in the Kent County Area as well as Community Living Supports. Positions are available in both medical programs as well as behavioral programs. Job fairs will be held at 3353 Lousma Dr. Wyoming, MI 49548. We will be conducting on the spot interviews on April 8th and 22nd, and then the first Friday of every month from there forward. These will be held from 11am to 1pm.

We are looking for individuals that are passionate about helping people with disabilities. This is more then just "a job", our staff are directly impacting the lives of the people we serve.
Experience is great but this job also requires a passion to help others. For those who don't have the experience and would like a starting point this is a great place to start. Flexible hours Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rdOpenings: Part Time, Paid training's will be provided with an increase in wage after complete.
The Minimum requirements are a clear criminal record, at least 18 years old, valid Michigan Drivers license which acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen. Paid training is provided between the hours of 9am and 5pm monday through friday. Prospective employees are required to work every other weekend.
