The New Business Sales Executive of AllOne HMS is responsible to contact prospective employer groups (and health plans/TPAs/Consultants as needed) to secure these groups as customers for the AllOne product offerings. This process will be conducted consistent with the standards and protocols established by the VP Sales for AllOne.

1 Opportunity for a Creative Sales Professional:
Selling the AllOne product will require a person who has the ability to seek out new opportunities in a new and expanding field. The Sales Execs for AllOne will be introducing a new product to a new market and will need to call on years of experience to successfully launch this product.

2 "Ground Floor" opportunity:
The successful candidate(s) will be the first in their geographic territories to represent AllOne products. As such, they are likely to have the chance to sell to the biggest and most rewarding clients

3 Career Growth:
Because AllOne is in the nascent field of Population Health Management, the Sales Execs will be adding an important new experience to their career paths.

4 Worthwhile Product Lines:
AllOne is helping people to avoid illness and effectively live with disease states. There are very few higher callings in life.
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant sales experience. Track record of continual overachieving of sales goals. History of growing direct sales responsibilities demonstrated by management of increasingly important categories (large account management, complex case management etc.) also continual education in sales (multiple training modules completed, etc.)
