This is a high-energy job requiring persistent and persuasive interactions with clients, proven sales skills, closing deals, and strong communication skills who either have a proven track record in advertising sales or desire to learn the internet and mobile advertising industry.
• Call Advertisers, Agencies and Partners to introduce Tapit! to their company in attempts to getting campaigns flights from advertisers such as Ebay, Jet Blue, Toys R Us, and Lexus.
• Speak with professionals, media buyers, decision makers that handle global media and stay on top of prospects to establish new and ultimately, long term relationships
• Prepare, Track, and Execute Insertion Orders for agencies and advertisers for campaigns.
• Create RFP (Request For Proposal) for advertisers and agencies. Send to advertiser for approval or alterations of campaign.
• Attend annual or bi annual events in the space (New York, SF, and Boston) and network with partners or clients.
• Utilize LinkedIn for networking and business opportunities.
• Email marketing material to prospects, including media kits, decks and the like.
• CRM Management
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls and demos with prospects and clients.
• Satisfy daily/weekly quotas: Minimum 100 phone calls and emails per day and 5 Conference Calls with propects a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success in acquiring new clients as well as experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
• Proven ability to carry a quota, sell, and drive revenue.
• Highly motivated, able to be resilient when faced with obstacles.
• Self starter, organized, outgoing, ambitious, responsible
• Flexible schedule
• Willing to learn ad sales.
