ToughLove photos is a website which connects amateur photographers with professional reviewers for quick, inexpensive and honest feedback on their photos. Our service bridges a huge gap in the marketplace today, between free but low-quality feedback in online forums, and expensive and time-consuming photography workshops and classes.
About the Job
We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a freelance developer. We need someone who is well-rounded, with both front and back end experience, to scale our existing basic website to where it can handle additional traffic—thousands to hundreds of thousands of users.
Requirements
4+ years of web development experience
Write HTML5 / CSS3 / JS / PHP Code
Experience with Ruby on Rails a bonus
Basic knowledge of and interest in photography
Great attitude and personality
Have own workspace/computer
Be able to work independently
Creative problem solver
