With the highly impactful programs you help create, you will ensure the investment in their people links up to their broader rewards, performance and people development programs. RESPONSIBILITIESLive The Values: People, Quality, Service and InnovationLead and administer all aspects of associate health and retirement programs for multiple internal customer groups, which includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life and AD&D, 401(k), wellness, Employee Assistance Program, HSA, FSA and leave of absenceMaintain enrollment process for benefit plans using our online decision support and enrollment systemsPartner with our Benefits Leader to lead communication and education of all benefits and wellness programsHandle associate/employee benefit inquiries and concerns to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolutionCollaborate with the People Team and the external partners to provide unmatched service and quality levels to leadership and the businessRecommend enhancements to practices and plan revisions, and new plans which are consistent with associate benefit trends and "next" level practicesREQUIREMENTS2 years experience in health and retirement benefitsUnderstanding of ACA Compliance requiredAdvanced Excel knowledge a plusThink critically, be self-aware and have a point of viewDemonstrate drive and desire with the ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environmentA belief that truly great work comes from withinExceptional communication and presentation skills
