Business Systems Support (IT ? Admin & Sales)

Title: Business Systems Support (IT – Admin & Sales)Job ID: JT425422225Location: Vaughan, ONOur client is now looking to expand their IT team. They are currently seeking an IT Business Admin & Sales Systems Support who will act as the primary resource for all Information Technology requests within their Administration, Customer Service and Sales Departments. Maintaining these business groups network and systems services as well as providing technical guidance for new software and hardware purchases where applicable. The successful candidate be able to diagnose network related problems, manage Windows Servers, user access vendor access and print services. This person will be accountable for resolving and responding to user issues on a daily basis. You are expected to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. You’re very keen to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality. You have demonstrated familiarity with the Project Management fundamentals.Responsibilities:Demonstrate and uphold the organization’s Core ValuesResponsible for supporting Administrative SystemsResponsible for supporting Customer Service SystemsResponsible for Supporting Sales SystemsMonitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.Selecting and recommending new and replacement hardware and software, when necessaryQualifications:4+ years hands-on experience working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment managing IT infrastructure and services.Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange O365.Experience with SAP is an asset.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding leadership, organizational and time management skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
