Title: Buyer - PlannerJob ID: DP936270927Location: Woodinville, WAOur client is looking to hire a Buyer- Planner. This role is critical to help ensure that plant resources are utilized effectively and that manufacturing priorities are reflected in routine decision-making processes, and the operations team is deployed to produce the products to meet all targeted objectivesResponsibilities – What you will be doing:Assist customers in obtaining products or services to their satisfaction.Respond to all inquiries regarding specification, applications, pricing and availability.Process sales orders.Generate sales quotes and establish pricing.Respond to credit requests.Expedite and track orders as needed.Manage all ERP and MRP system parameters, to ensure efficient and effective planning results. Identify and implement changes to parameters to positively impact inventory, waste, and schedules.Other duties as assignedQualifications – What you have:Four-year degree or comparable work experience1-3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or operations role or working in a sales environment with direct customer interfaceAbility to work independently, and at times, under pressureStrong, clear and effective written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer skills, including MS Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and attention to detail is requiredKnowledge in production scheduling and planning is a plusFamiliarity with the concepts of 5S and lean manufacturing desirable.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at www.teemagroup.com
