CRM Administrator

Title: CRM AdministratorJob ID: IE3808451111Location: Pittsburgh, PA (near International airport)Our Client is looking for a CRM Administrator to add to the team and support an increase in workload. We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and system optimization while also helping to build out best practices, department strategies and customizations. We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred).Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day guidance to ensure continuous improvement of utilization, user adoption, and effectiveness of the MS Dynamics CRM platformIdentify areas of opportunity and actively drive the organization to achieve maximum optimization of CRM platformCreate, configure and maintain workflows, business rules, and business process flows to automate functionality and improve end-user experience while improving data integrityCollaborate with the CRM Business Analyst in building out best in practice CRM that will align with corporate sales strategiesCreate and maintain and assign Security Roles, positions, field-level securityProvide access to ancillary programs: D365 app for Outlook, SharePoint, PowerBI; PowerApps; MS FlowKnowledge to manage Model-driven applications, mobile apps, relationship assistance, Web Client, Unified and Interactive Interface page layouts and attributesCommunicate best practices, tips, and tricks, as needed, to drive user adoption and effectivenessDevelop effective compliance measures for usage and data qualityDevelop, maintain and conduct new client onboarding; conduct training as needed for new and/or updated processes and featuresParticipate in key strategic events, meetings, training sessions, etc. as required to drive CRM strategyEnrich data quality through integration and uploads from varied data sources and monitor exception reports for data gapsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Systems Information, Finance AreasAt least 3-5 years of relevant experience with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred); CRM 2016 Online, Dynamics 365CRM administrator should have a comfort level to interact with users from different departments such as marketing services, sales, customer service and at all levels of the organization.Sales Enablement, supportive and relationship builder; Ability to work in matrix environmentStrong Communication skills to work well with internal clients, and some troubleshooting skills may also be necessary whenStrong experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPointPrioritization and time management skills to collaborate with department managers, and other colleaguesFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
