You will be experienced utilizing Revit or AutoCAD designing residential, commercial, or institutional projects. You would be able to lead design teams effectively and efficiently to deliver outstanding projects for clients. Qualifications:5 years' experience with AIA firm Bachelor's degree in Architecture, either AIA registered or eligible to be Experience working with a project team and consultants in schematic design through construction adminStrong interest in modern & contemporary architecture Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracyProficiency in BIM programs (Revit) and AutoCADProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchupResponsibilities:Leading a team through all stages of the design and delivery processAbility to build a collaborative team environment to bring creative design solutions for clients Constantly self-educate and be ahead of the curve on cutting edge designPossess advanced communication skills for client interaction and team leadership – ability to lead client presentations with easeOversee a design team comprised of job captains and designers to produce design documents and construction documentsPerform periodic reviews of design documents and construction documents as part of a quality control/quality assurance processIf this looks exciting!
