Title: Epic Tapestry Referral Cadence AnalystJob ID: SP8907341218This role shows ability and competency to work on most phases of application systems analysis, workflow analysis, build, design, testing and programming activities but requires instruction/guidance/mentoring in other phases. Responsibilities:Work on a team or project team(s) in the capacity to be a member of the project or lead a phase of the project – You must be able to multi-task. Work or lead business owners, stakeholders, and IT personal to assess project needs as guided by management. Support implementation and upgrades to clinical and bio-medical applications as required. Provide weekly status updates on project(s) progress to team lead or management.This position will require travel to clinic locations for implementation, training and support.Required Skills/Certification:Epic Tapestry Referral CertificationCadence CertificationHealth Plan Organization Experience3+ years Tapestry experienceBachelor’s degree or 7+ years of experience if no degreePreferred Skills:Clinical degree helpful5+ years’ experienceParticipated on previous clinical projects and implementations successfullyDemonstratable knowledge of clinical data sets (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9, etc.) is helpfulSpecial Skills:Will require the ability to translate clinical and operating requirements into clear, specific, and actionable system configurations and ability to implement those configurations. Ability to test and audit personally developed system configurations, in order to assure functional accuracy. Excellent communication, relationship, teamwork, and project management skills. Understanding of physician practice operations, and ways improved information management can lead to clinical, operating, and financial improvement in a health care organization.
