Job Title: Solutions Designer - Level 3 Job ID: JQ7903242112Overview:Our client is looking for a Full-Time System Support Analyst to provide system support specific to the validation and building of Provider, Vendor, and Place of Service tasks within Tapestry.What you need to have: Tapestry Certification Epic Benefits Certification 4 year degree (BA, BS in business or other related filed or comparable Information Systems Application 3+ years’ experience with healthcare applications, system design, configuration, or support Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing, vendor contracting, and benefit plan building4-6 years’ experience in a Managed Care environment - Highly PreferredStrong ability to translate administrative and operating requirements specific to Epic Tapestry System into clear, specific actionable system configurations and the ability to implement those configurations. Ability to test and audit Provider, Vendor, and Benefit system configurations to assure functional accuracy. Microsoft office including Excel and MS Access Strong analytical and reporting skills. Demonstrable knowledge of clinical data sets (CPT, HCPS, ICD-9) What you will be doing: Provide Service Support to Managed Care Operations and KSPA applicable to building and testing of Provider contractsTroubleshoot contract buildDevelop work queuesComplete the EDI and Eligibility load processSupport implementation and upgrades to software applicationsWork with Business Owners, System Support, and IT Teams to assess and develop best practice models. Participate in testing initiativesProvides information system administration and support to EPIC Tapestry and Benefits modulesAchieve an in-depth knowledge of Epic software and develop a close working relationship with business owners and stakeholders Other duties as assigned.Local Candidates PreferredRelocation Package up to $5,000 depending on locationSalary range $80,000 - $90,000This is an exempt position and timings are flexible, but you can expect to put in more than 40 hours a week if needed.
