Our ideal candidate will lead design and execution of multiple projects creatively and technically in all phases, from conceptualization to construction administration. You will be the Go-To for leading regular project meetings with clients, city and public agencies, consultants and stakeholders. Qualifications:AIA registered or eligible for registration 5+ years of professional experience with a PA/PM emphasisDemonstrates ability to lead teams through all project phasesExcellent interpersonal communication skills with all team members, consultants and stakeholdersExcellent experience utilizing AutoCAD and RevitExperience in residential, commercial, and institutional projectsResponsibilities:Manage process and profitability of assigned projectsDeepen client contact and communicationsMentor junior and intermediate team members Plan and develop projects of medium to large scope and work with minimal supervisionThe ability to manage workflow on multiple projects in differing stages of design and constructionManage project schedules and deliverables to meet established timelines and client expectationsIf this looks exciting!
