Title: Maintenance & Reliability ManagerJob ID: EO18813783As Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of plant maintenance operations including parts inventory, preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability across the plant network. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.Responsibilities:Directs the maintenance programs across multiple plants.Oversees plant parts programs across multiple plants.Oversees CMMS programs across multiple plants.Manages third party maintenance team in Bluffton.Drives unplanned downtime down while increasing PM completion.Works to foster a predictive maintenance program to eliminate catastrophic downtime.Maintains R&M budget and staffing levels.Other duties as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Management, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience7+ years of experience managing in manufacturing 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Manager or equivalent.5+ years experience in CMMS system across multi-plant networkPreferred - Experience in:implementing and/or adhering to 3rd party audits and certifications (AIB, ISO, BRC, and SQF)food processing plantindustrial bakingPLCindustrial electricalSomax (CMMS)implementing a CMMS system across multiple plantsFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at www.teemagroup.com
