Title: Principal Quality Engineer, QEJob ID: PC5696021123We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Principal Quality Engineer who can take on and overcome challenges in a fast-paced technology organization. As the Quality Engineer, you will dive deep into the client’s enterprise tech applications and eventually serve as a subject matter expert on them. You will act as a quality champion by striving for excellence and driving continual improvements within the team.Ideally, you will have a deep understanding of how to design and structure functional and non-functional tests both at an application level and across a technology stack. You are highly skilled at developing customized testing strategies that balance maximizing coverage and minimizing risk with rapid delivery. You have a strong passion for quality, high level of attention to detail, and the proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.What you will be doing:Provide testing leadership and guidance across multiple teams by architecting testing solutions and helping to resolve complex technical problems and challenges.Develop innovative approaches, techniques, and solutions in the areas ofAutomation, Performance, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, ServiceVirtualization, Shift Left/Shift Right, TDM, TEM, etc.Provide estimates, solution design, test design, and strategies for upcoming projects.Analyze how systems are being tested manually and identifying opportunities toreduce that time and effort through automation.Work with Software Engineering Leaders, Project Managers, ProductManagers, and others to ensure smooth integration of Quality Engineering solutions into the SDLC. Research and stay up to date on the latest tools, technologies, trends, andapproaches within the QE space and incorporating the ones that make sense.What you need:12+ years of diverse experience designing, developing, and implementing test automation solutions and frameworks across a variety of platforms and applications.Extensive experience applying Quality Engineering techniques across the SDLC toimprove the quality of systems and enable the ability to deliver quality at speed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions.Experience with the majority of the following - Java, Jenkins, Sauce Labs, GIT, SQL,NoSQL, Loom, AWS, Datadog, SonarQube, and APIs.Strong knowledge of web application architecture and extensive experience in testing web applications.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orequivalent.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at www.teemagroup.comBy applying to TEEMA on any job portal implies you are entering into a business relationship with us and therefore grants TEEMA consent to send you further job updates or industry and company related information.
