Title: Program ManagerJob ID: TJ3264831214Our client needs someone to assist their Pharmacy Account Manager with the operations of the pharmacy program. This role will manage and lead the team in the delivery of highly complex projects, programs, and/or portfolios prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.As Program Manager, you will be engaged in the technical management of the pharmacy claims processing program, standard/ad hoc reporting requests along with the testing of pharmacy claim processing enhancements. Other duties include but not limited to planning and directing programs and/or portfolio resources and budgets. Organizing enterprise portfolio management activities to include strategic planning, forecasting, project prioritization, resource allocation, and budgeting. Directing the activities of project support staff, project managers, program managers, and sub-contractors and ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project.What you need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields.Previous public speaking and/or presentation experience.3+ years’ experience inPrevious job serving as a liaison between technical and operations teamsTesting, implementation, and maintenance of a large-scale pharmacy benefits management claims processing system (This is a claims processor role, not pharmacy-based processing).SQL reporting experience (Business objects knowledge is a plus).Managing the technical operations account team.Note: The position is located in Elkridge, MD facility, however, the work may be performed from home at times considering the economic and office impact of Covid-19.
