Title: Senior Navision ERP Support SpecialistJob ID: CC4736981026Our client is looking for a Senior Navision ERP Support Specialist to be responsible for responding to customer requests in the following mode support on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central product. It performs the resolution of medium to very complex application and technical problems encountered by customers in order to ensure optimal use of product and services and the maintenance of positive relationships with customers.Responsibilities:Provide general guidance on characteristics, use and operation of the product.Provide support to the members of the team and is also brought to participate in internal improvement projects.Communicate, remotely, with users who are experiencing difficulties in order to determine, resolve and document problems.Diagnose problems identified by the client and resolve them by performing the following tasks necessary research.Follow up with suppliers and customers by entering data into the system.Document exhaustively all the steps of problem reproduction met by the customer.When the service is not included in the initial contract, redirect the request to the service.Participate in the continuous improvement of the products by reproducing the problems encountered, the documenting and making recommendations.Ensuring good communication between all stakeholders and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent.7 to 10 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central product.At least 4 to 5 years experience in a similar position.Bilingual English/French.Advanced knowledge of the IT environment.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central product.
