Title: ServiceNow Process ArchitectJob ID: DM40810319Our Client is seeking a ServiceNow Process Architect for their growing Domain Separated/MSP ServiceNow platform business. This is a remote contract position.Key Areas of ResponsibilityThe Process Architect’s primary objective is to align a Client’s business goals, processes, SLAs and workflows with the Domain Separated or MSP (ServiceNow) platform. The Process Architect works with both the Client and the Developer to ensure that the objectives laid out in the SOW (Statement of Work) are met in a timely manner. This includes mapping Domain Separated or MSP (ServiceNow) functionality to the internal and external processes of a business, developing business transformation plans jointly with a Client’s key stakeholders, and maintaining architectural governance and control over implementation. For each step of the business transformation plan, Process Architects contribute in development of an understanding of the Client’s environment in order to promote alignment of strategic objectives with Domain Separated or MSP (ServiceNow) capabilities adoption of the platform within the business.Manage the Client implementation experience with Domain Separated or MSP (ServiceNow) Validate the business goals and processes of the Client against the Domain Separated or MSP (ServiceNow) platformLead workshops to review the functionality of each Domain Separated or MSP (ServiceNow) applicationMake recommendations to the Client based on ITIL and ITSM best practicesProvide training to the Client’s key stakeholders and department leadersProvide Sprint Planning activities with DevelopmentReview unsuccessful Sprints with the ESM Manager for further improvementsProvide weekly updates on the status of each Client implementation for future improvementsOther duties as required Qualifications:Degree or diploma in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, web design, or a field related to the industry 3 years of related experience Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical members of the organization Familiarity with various programming languages and development platforms Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing High level of integrity and work ethic Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands Demonstrated time management skills Ability to work individually as well as part of a team High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environmentOther Assets: The following are not required but preference would be given to candidates that possess any of these additional skills: Strong customer service experienceTechnical sales experienceCertifications from software\hardware vendorsGood organizational and documentation skillsExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and results orientedAbility to work under tight deadlines; multi-tasking abilities are essentialAlways maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at www.teemagroup.com
