Job Title: Systems and Business Solutions AnalystJob ID: KR95479823Contract Duration: 2 YearsThe Systems Analyst provides business and technical analysis support for the Development and Analytics Team within Marketing Digital Strategy. This position will work with business partners to assess needs and requests and works closely with the Development Team to implement systems using AGILE and the Scrum Framework methodology. This includes conducting in-depth client requirement reviews, contributing to business development, review of business cases and contribution to technical and data architecture solutions. This role helps prioritize features through the development of high-quality business requirements/stories. In addition, this position will assist the team in configuration of systems, data architecture planning and knowledge of the full-stack development process to meet business requirements. Ensures that processes are optimized and communicates technical content to business users in language that they understand.Primary Duties or Responsibilities:Provides technical advice on the industry standards, design, usage, functionality, behavior, and user interface specifications and configuration parameters.Collaborates with the Scrum Team and stakeholders to translate business needs into system improvements, and shares feedback on product Increments.Works with cross functional professionals in a Scrum Team. Provides technical advice and estimates items in the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog. Works on the technical planning and processes associated with the implementation of projects or business improvements. Collaborates with the Development Team, Analytics Team, and Business Partners to develop business cases, high level plans and project completion/validation processes.Perform other duties as required.Qualifications:At least 3+ years of software development experience, ideally within a full-stack development team. At least 3+ years fluency in technical, development or data role such as Java, , C#, Javascript, SQL, or systems administration. At least 3+ years experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design. At least 3+ years knowledge of SCRUM and agile development with experience working on an agile development team.Working experience in relational or multidimensional database development, use of MS SQL Server/Oracle with hands-on experience in writing complex database queries, procedures, functions, views, etc. Experience on a team developing cross-platform applications Experience with and understanding of a variety of both web and mobile platformsFull lifecycle experience from conceptualization to development and deployment of web and mobile appsFamiliarity with multiple programming paradigms and the curiosity to learn new onesFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at www.teemagroup.com
